FAQs
Do you only provide training?
Absolutely not! We provide a full all-in-one compliance management platform which covers: a full policy suite, audits, observation tools, a rota management system, business intranet, a management reporting sustem and much more.
Are staff sent reminders when their courses are due?
All staff members receive notifications when their courses are up for renewal.
What support is offered by your team?
We offer continuous support in the form of onsite visits, Zoom training sessions & telephone call support. We also have a 24 hour support centre available for all members of staff.
Are staff able to do their training on their mobile phones/tablets/home PCs?
Yes - all courses can be accessed for all devices, Including mobile phones, tablets & PCs etc.
How many people are you able to accommodate for the onsite training?
Each training session is completely different for individual companies, However In order for staff members to get the most from the training we suggest a maximum of 15 members per session.
How many courses are on your platform?
We have over 60 courses available and are continually adding to these!
Can I upload my own training from previous suppliers into Training Manager?
As part of our process, we would work with you to ensure all training is transferred over. The process is very simple and involves very little work from yourself.
What accreditations do your training courses have?
All of our courses are CPD accredited.
Are all your courses and library documents region specific?
Yes - all courses & documents are region specific, We cover Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England & Wales.
